Paul gives us a picture of the Christian life as like being in a fight.  Do you ever think about that?  Do you wake up and think, today I need to fight the good fight of faith?  Are we in the fight? Are we willing to fight?

Part of the fight is the fight against sin and another part is the fight for righteousness.  And we fight for the glory of God and in doing so we are assured of a crown that comes to us as we finish the fight.

We must be prepared in this fight to be intentional, deliberate, to make an effort and to go the distance – to endure to the end.
