Enfold believers by obeying Jesus' command to love one another.
As a church, we love to organize special events and activities to encourage times of fellowship, fun and mutual encouragement.
We do this because we believe what we read in Hebrews 13:1: “Keep on loving each other in fellowship.”
Sundays are a great time to get together, so every month someone in our church is rostered to open their house as “Host Family”. After the morning Worship Service, anyone who would like to come and share light refreshments are welcomed into the host family's home. This is a great way to get together with others from the church and for visitors to meet new people.
Other activities include a church camp every year, Progressive Mystery Dinners and Special Celebrations - such as the Day of Thanks.
There is the occasional breakfast before church (BBC), lunch after church (LAC), dinner after church (DAC- this is usually associated with a guest speaker), church picnic and even the odd Bush Dance which also raises money to support local School Scripture Teachers.
We also have Suppers after the evening service on a fortnightly basis.
Who may attend these activities?
We consider our church to be our Christian family. If you would like to come along and join in- you are most welcome! We would love to see you become a part of our Christian community.
Fellowship activities are a great way to introduce friends to our Church, so bring a friend along!
